If you are dissatisfied with the product you received for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include a slip inside the return package with your Order ID number, full name, and reason for the return.
Please note:
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the date of receipt are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- SANDBLASTKIT cannot provide refunds for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or other abnormal use.
- International or expedited shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
For your convenience and security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning products. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, including taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Final Sale Items
All sale and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 7-12 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, less any shipping costs associated with the original purchase.
If you have not received your refund, please:
1. Check your bank or credit card account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. As most items are custom-made, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your Order ID number. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
When returning the item for exchange, include a slip with your Order ID number, full name, and details of the requested exchange item. Once the exchange is processed, the replacement will be reshipped free of charge, and you will be notified via email.
