Shipping Updates
COVID-19 Shipping Notice
Please be aware that our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers. Due to local regulations and business interruptions related to COVID-19, some orders may experience delays. We are actively monitoring potential delays and will provide updated estimates on our product pages. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
Each product page includes expected shipping dates. For the latest updates, please refer to the "Ordering Information" section beneath the product details.
General Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Some items in your order may ship separately.
- Shipping and handling charges are fixed and will not exceed the amount shown at checkout.
- While we provide estimated shipping times for all products, please note that these are not guaranteed. For reliable delivery, we recommend shipping to a permanent address.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Economy Shipping: 8-10 business days after tracking updates.
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after tracking updates.
- Expedited Shipping:3-5 business days after tracking updates (not available for all items).
- Priority Shipping:1-2 business days after tracking updates (not available for all items).
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the expected delivery date.
Holiday Shipping Information
- All delivery information is provided on individual product pages.
- The final order date for Christmas delivery may vary by product, depending on the selected shipping method.
Shipping Multiple Orders
Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Address Changes
We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please verify your shipping details before completing your order.
APO/FPO Shipping
We can ship most products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When entering your shipping address, please ensure the following:
- City: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
- State: Select "AA," "AE," or "AP."
- Country: Select the United States.
- Zip Code: Required.
- Include your full name, grade, and PSC/unit number.
Please note that delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take 2-4 weeks.
Customer Service Hours
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If you submit a contact form over the weekend, we will respond the following Monday.
Holiday Closures:
- 11/25: Thanksgiving
- 12/25: Christmas Day
- 1/1: New Year's Day
