Carbide 600 Pro — Gravity-Fed System

Carbide 600 Pro — Gravity-Fed System

 4.6 (1872 Reviews)

Turn Your Pressure Washer Into a Professional Wet Sandblasting System.

The Carbide 600 is the whole system rebuilt from the ground up: a wider internal mixing chamber for better vacuum pull, a nozzle engineered to handle sustained pressure without wearing out, and gravity-fed delivery that runs smooth from the first bag to the last. Connect it. Hang it. Strip any surface,Your pressure washer already has the power — even a small one. Gravity drops the media, the sleeve valve meters it the air inlet pushes it. Your washer only needs a little pull to get a perfect, steady feed. That's why this works on a $150 electric washer or a 10,000 PSI commercial rig. No sputtering, no clogs, no shaking a bucket. Engineered in the USA.

The new Carbide 600 nozzle strips more per pass — and doesn't wear out. Wider internal mixing chamber pulls a stronger vacuum, so more media hits the surface with every pull.
Works with ANY pressure washer — electric or gas, 1,500 to 10,000 PSI. Gravity drops the media, The Patented Valve Meters it like a hour glass and the air inlet pushes it. Blasts like a commercial rig. No compressor, no cabinet, no rental fees.
Perfect feed with any media, The 150 lb gravity-fed PVC bag feeds down like an hourglass — sand, crushed glass, soda, slag, all flow smooth from first trigger pull to last. No sputtering, no scooping, no stopping mid-job.
Dial it in once, hang it anywhere. The patent-pending sleeve valve locks your exact flow rate with a quarter turn, and the bag hangs anywhere from a truck rack, scaffold, or fence post and moves with you. Full frame jobs without fighting the system. Engineered in the USA.

    Finish The Job This Weekend

Skip The Grinder. Skip The Compressor. Get It Done.

Grinding takes all day and still misses the corners. Wire wheels wear out before the job's half finished. Real blast cabinets cost thousands and need space you don't have. None of that gets your project painted any faster.

This kit turns the pressure washer you already own into a wet sandblaster — so the job that's been sitting there finally gets finished.

    Everything You Need To Know

What pressure washer is compatible with the system?

The system is compatible with electric and gas pressure washers from 1,500 to 10,000 PSI. Gravity-fed delivery, the metering sleeve valve, and precision air assist help maintain consistent media flow across different pressure-washer sizes.

Won't the metal flash rust right after blasting?

Bare, wet metal can flash rust quickly. Dry the surface after blasting, then apply an appropriate rust inhibitor or primer according to that product's instructions.

Does it work with an air compressor, or only a pressure washer?

No external air compressor is required. The system connects to your pressure washer, while the gravity-fed bag, metering sleeve valve, and precision air assist work together to maintain consistent media delivery.

Will it warp my frame or body panels?

The water actually keeps the metal cool as you work, which reduces warping risk compared to dry blasting. Customers have used it on full vehicle frames without issue.

What media should I use, and will it clog?

Use suitable dry, sifted blasting media such as crushed glass, garnet, coal slag (Black Beauty), iron oxide, or soda. Wet or unsifted media is the most common cause of clogging, so keep it dry and properly screened.

How much media does it use, and is it expensive to run?

Media use varies by surface, coating, flow setting, and blasting time. The metering sleeve valve lets you control the feed rate. Spent media may be collected and reused only when it remains clean, dry, and suitable for another pass.

What if it doesn't work for my project?

You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Send it back if it's not right for your job.

Feels Like an Actual Industrial Tool
Just opened it today, and the machining is impressive. I’ve gone through plenty of ceramic nozzles over the years, and this feels like a real industrial tool. Everything threads together perfectly, and it has some weight to it.
Looking forward to using it on my trailer project this weekend.

Cleaner Than Dry Blasting—and No Warping
Honestly works great. I’ve dry blasted before and this is way cleaner. I didn’t have any issues warping the metal, just keep moving and don’t sit in one spot.
You will get some flash rust on bare steel. I just dried it off and treated the metal right after and had no problems.
Cleanup isn’t bad either. The water keeps everything down so you don’t have sand and dust flying all over the place. I put a tarp under what I’m working on and most of it just falls right there.
I did the rear end of my pickup with it and was pretty impressed with how well it worked. Definitely beats dry blasting for me.

    Big Difference—Smooth, Consistent Sand Flow
I bought the gravity feed after trying the regular pickup hose. Big difference. Turn the pressure washer on get vacuum going then turn the valve open you get the right amount when u see the water stream get a bit thicker… was smooth after that. I wasn’t stopping every couple minutes screwing around with the sand. Just kept feeding. Great job!
