Prepare the Blaster
Fill the sand container with dry blasting media (sand, glass beads, aluminum oxide, etc.).
Connect to Air Compressor
Attach the blaster’s hose to your air compressor. Ensure the compressor meets the recommended PSI/CFM (typically 60–120 PSI depending on the job).
Adjust Settings & Aim
Hold the blaster, adjust flow using the trigger/nozzle, and position the tip 6–12 inches from the surface.
Blast Away
Press the trigger to start blasting. Move steadily across the surface until clean. Always wear protective gear (goggles, gloves, respirator).
Tip: Work in a ventilated area and keep the nozzle moving to avoid over-blasting one spot.
Recommended: 60–120 PSI, at least 6–12 CFM depending on job size. Most home shop compressors work fine.
Dry silica sand, glass beads, aluminum oxide, walnut shells, or other standard blasting media.
Safe for most metals, concrete, and hard woods. Avoid fragile materials and always test a small spot first.
